The business operates a diverse portfolio spanning commercial and residential rooftop solar, with a strong focus on performance optimisation, digitalisation, and long-term asset value.
With teams based across multiple locations in the UK & Europe, the organisation offers a collaborative working culture, direct communication, and a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a fast-evolving renewables environment.
The Opportunity: A key client of ours is looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst to support the commercial and residential rooftop solar portfolios, reporting into the Portfolio Lead. This is a hands-on asset management role where you’ll focus on portfolio performance reporting, KPI variance analysis, O&M contractor management, and day-to-day coordination across operational and administrative workstreams.
You’ll also play a key role in managing property-related matters within the residential portfolio, liaising with contractors, housing associations, and solicitors to resolve access and documentation issues, while ensuring records are kept accurately and consistently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across data, stakeholders, contractors and operational processes - and wants broad exposure across a growing solar and storage platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Experience with KPI reporting/performance analysis (ideally within energy, infrastructure, or renewables)
- Comfortable managing and coordinating external parties (contractors, service providers, solicitors etc.)
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of digital tools, systems, trackers, and reporting processes
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and contribute as part of a wider team
- Basic electrical / renewable energy understanding
- Experience with rooftop solar PV, either via asset management, operations, O&M or wider renewables roles
What’s on Offer:
- Join a high-performing Solar & Storage team with real portfolio scale and growth
- A role with genuine variety across performance, optimisation, contractor management and stakeholder coordination
- Exposure to modern asset management processes and digitalisation initiatives
- Competitive package with salary up to £50,000
- London-based role with some site travel depending on portfolio needs
- Opportunity to develop into a longer-term asset management career path in renewables
