Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in our dynamic team, develop a successful career in sales and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Visit existing and new customers.
  • Understand and promote a range of equipment.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the company's success.
  • Target foreign markets and develop sales export opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in excavator attachments or agricultural sales.
  • Strong knowledge of excavator attachments or agricultural products and practices (not essential but desired).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to meet customers.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating reports.
