Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating incoming correspondence such as calls, letters, emails and messages.
- Attending meetings, assisting with meeting scheduling and taking meeting minutes.
- Support Contracts Managers with project documentation and contract administration tasks.
- Provide support to the contracts administrative team.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
- Maintain and organise company files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Support audit leads in gathering required documentation from other departments.
- Support with monthly site audits as required.
- Maintain and track health and safety documentation and project certification.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as required.
About You
- Excellent Administrative skills and competency with Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Outlook, Word etc.,
- Previous Experience in an Administrative role
- Excellent Organisation and Communication Skills
- Strong team working skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong Attention to Detail
