Project Scheduler & Co-ordinator Remote, required to travel to meetings and sites as required. £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (DOE) MDE are recruiting the UK EPC team for a global renewable EPC with the experience of delivering in excess of 10.5 GW of solar projects world-wide. This organisation understands the need for organisation, structure, and digitalisation for ensuring their projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Therefore, hiring a Project Scheduler & Co-ordinator with experience of utilising MS Project and Primavera P6 would be advantageous. You will take ownership of planning and scheduling across multiple solar PV and BESS projects, coordinating with project managers. Your expertise will drive project efficiency, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones. Coordinate resources across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Provide reporting on schedules, risks, and resource plans to management and clients.
