We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a small, friendly team based in Portbury. This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting customers and the sales team by handling phone calls, emails, and sales orders, while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
- Processing sales orders received from customers and the external sales team
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving them where possible
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Providing ongoing support to the sales team and sales managers
- Updating and maintaining customer records and CRM systems
