We're recruiting a MIG Welder for a manufacturing client based in Bristol. This is a temp to perm role. For the first 12 weeks you'll be paid £14.18ph, then you'll move onto piece rate pay. Their welders average around £900 per week before tax. The more you produce, the more you earn.

The role:

  • MIG welding in a production environment
  • Monday to Friday
  • First couple of weeks: 8am to 4pm
  • Then moves into a shift rotation pattern

What we need from you:

  • Proven MIG welding experience. This is not a training role
  • Fabrication skills are a bonus but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK
