We're hiring a MIG Welder for a manufacturing client in Bristol. This is a temp to perm role with serious earning potential - welders average £900 per week on piece rate. The more you produce, the more you earn.
The role
- Production MIG welding in a busy manufacturing environment
- Monday to Friday
- First couple of weeks: 8am to 4pm while you get settled in, then moves into a shift rotation pattern
- First 12 weeks paid at £14.18ph, then piece rate - most welders are consistently hitting £900 per week before tax, some earn more
- Temp to perm - a genuine route into a permanent position with a stable employer
What we need from you
- Proven MIG welding experience - this is not a training role, you'll need to hit the ground running
- Ability to maintain pace and quality in a production environment
