- Shift 1: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: Monday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM & Friday, 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
MDE Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Bristol. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their Dispatch and Inbound teams. These are full-time, hands-on roles in a busy warehouse environment, perfect for reliable and motivated individuals who are confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Counterbalance forklift experience is essential – you do not need a formal licence, but you must have recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift, whether in-house trained or from previous roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Role: Unloading deliveries and booking goods into the system, Moving stock into storage using a counterbalance forklift, Checking quantities and quality of incoming stock, Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Dispatch Role: Picking and packing customer orders, Preparing items for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping, Loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles, Assisting with light assembly tasks if required
Both roles include general housekeeping duties and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

- Experience using a counterbalance forklift – essential (licence not required)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or goods-in environment
- Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
