Are you an experienced Toolmaker with solid CNC programming and operating skills? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our precision engineering team, focusing on the production of high-quality tooling and component parts.
The Role
As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to manufacture a variety of parts including:
- Fixtures
- Tooling
- Press tools
- Componentry
Occasional rework of existing components. This is a hands-on production role.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines (training provided on our specific equipment)
- Manufacture precision parts to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Contribute to the development of tooling solutions for production needs
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Toolmaker with CNC machining background
- Confident in programming and operating CNC machines (generic knowledge required)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design
- Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Training & Development
