MDE is assisting a long-standing client in their search for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager who can lead the successful delivery of solar energy projects in both residential and commercial settings. From initial client engagement to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
We are keen for both office-based coordinator project managers and site-based construction project managers to apply!
Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from planning and execution to final handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively while tracking budgets to maintain financial and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.
- Leverage data and reporting tools to track progress, resolve issues, and manage scope changes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
- Contribute to identifying and advancing new business leads and opportunities for growth.
- Solid understanding of Solar PV systems, with additional knowledge of battery storage and EV systems as a plus.
- A minimum of 2+ years managing residential and/or commercial solar projects.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
