Are you a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with a passion for precision? We are seeking a talented individual to be a key member of the company's Production Team. Based in Dorset, you will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
The Company
Low volume, precision Aerospace manufacturer offering turnkey solutions to a number of the world's leading OEMs. Trading for almost 70 years, the company is synonymous with quality within the industry and as such is seeing a sustained and considered period of growth.
The Role
- Fabricating sheet metal components from detailed engineering drawings and tooling.
- Using a wide variety of machines including Wheeling Jigs, Brake Press, Rollers, Stretch Formers, and Shrinkers.
- Working with aluminium and steel, hand-forming double-curvature parts with precision.
- Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and compliant with H&S standards.
- Collaborating across departments to meet tight deadlines and support project delivery.

- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and materials.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in your work.
