We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturer that supplies components to several major vehicle brands. The company has a strong reputation for engineering quality and continuous improvement, and they are now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team.
Benefits:
- 9-day working fortnight (every other Friday off)
- Competitive salary up to 40,000
- Enhanced sick pay (13 weeks full, 13 weeks half pay)
- 3% employer pension contribution
- Factory shutdowns in August (2 weeks) and December (1 week)

This is a hands-on, varied role where you will play a key part in maintaining quality standards, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with recognised automotive and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve quality issues using 8D and root cause analysis.
- Support NPI and APQP activities during new process development.
- Lead and support internal and supplier audits.
- Maintain documentation, control plans, PPAPs, and inspection processes.
- Provide production support and liaise with customers and suppliers on quality concerns.
- Coordinate warranty reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality.
