Job Title: Waste Loader
Location: Stroud
Pay Rate: £13.18 per hour
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00am 3:45pm/5:45pm
Own transport required due to remote location

Our client is responsible for keeping Stroud clean, green, and tidy. They are now looking for reliable and motivated Waste Loaders to join their dedicated team.

Whats on Offer:

• £13.18 per hour

• Tuesday to Friday schedule, with early finish most days

• 37 hours per week pay guaranteed

• Induction provided (unpaid)

• Pension scheme with 3% employer contribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting household refuse and recycling across the Stroud district

• Walking 57 miles per day as part of the collection round

• Working in a team under a task-and-finish model

• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

What Were Looking For:

• A good level of physical fitness and stamina

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Previous experience in refuse or recycling is beneficial but not essential

• Own transport to reach the depot due to its location
