We're looking for an experienced Electrician's Mate to support commercial and renewable electrical installations across the UK. The role involves hands-on site work, assisting qualified electricians with all aspects of installation, testing, and commissioning. Ideal for someone keen to develop their trade skills within a professional and safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support electricians with commercial and renewable installations.
- Assist with containment, cable routing, pulling, fixing, and termination.
- Help with testing and commissioning under supervision.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on-site.
- Report progress or issues to the site lead or project manager.
Essential Requirements
- Experience as an Electrician's Mate, Electrical Improver, or Electrical Labourer.
- Valid ECS or CSCS card.
- City & Guilds or EAL Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (Building & Structures).
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- AM2 Assessment.
- 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.
- PV or EV Installation Course (C&G, EAL, or BPEC).
- ECS Gold Card.
Offer
- Salary £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
