MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for PSV Mechanics for our client based in Weston Super Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-owned business who look after their employees and pride themselves as being a leader in their industry.
We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of PSV/HGV or Light Vehicle Maintenance in previous roles.
Job Description:
- Carry out routine vehicle inspections to company standards and completing repairs or escalating
- Dealing with vehicle faults as directed
- Basic use of diagnostic equipment
- Escalating any additional faults and repairs that are required
- Logging details of faults, creating job cards on the FMS
- Identifying spares required and ensuring they are ordered on time
- Reporting any technical issues that arise
- Attending periodic training
Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence – Cat D an advantage
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Customer orientated
