Job Description
Salary: Up to Β£40,000K base + OTE
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Principal Consultant with a passion for Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment? MDE Group is seeking a specialist to join our growing Bristol office and take ownership of a high-demand desk covering Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical & Electrical markets.
This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing desk on contract recruitment basis, working with a client base that values technical expertise and trusted delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Engineering and Manufacturing roles
- Deliver exceptional permanent and/or contract solutions within Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
- Source, screen, and place high-quality technical candidates
- Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Leverage market insights to provide expert advice and identify new opportunities
- Drive consistent revenue growth and play a key role in expanding our Bristol operations
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related market
- Strong knowledge of the Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Mechanical & Electrical sectors
- Experience delivering contract recruitment solutions
- Demonstrable billing success, ideally Β£150,000+ annually
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, consultative approach with the ambition to become a sector specialist
