Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Bristol. The company produces high-quality buckets and attachments for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and spray industrial components to a high standard.

• Ensure all items meet required specifications and quality standards.

• Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment.

• Perform surface preparation including masking, sanding, and priming.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying (essential).

• Good knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and surface preparation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, rotating weekly shifts:

• Early Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm (30-minute lunch)

• Late Shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm–10:00pm; Friday, 1:30pm–7:30pm
