Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver/Loaders Location: Cheltenham, Gloucester Employment Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0700 starts, 37 hours per week, OT after 37 hours weekly Salary: £17.05ph plus OT after 37 MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Driver/Loaders to join our clients established team based in the Cheltenham area. Job Description: Waste and recycling collections. Could be refuse or recycling. All kerbside collections Commercial waste collections are a possibility also Drivers will have 1-2 mates depending on round You will be expected to assist loading in quieter areas off main roads This can be a physically demanding role depending on how much you\’re in and out of the truck Requirements: Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately. Good customer service and communication skills. Good manual handling experience and be prepared for the physical aspect of the role. Good health and safety awareness. All drivers will complete an assessment and induction prior to offer. Qualifications UK HGV Class 2 licence with some experience required Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT) Valid Tacho Valid CPC We aim to respond to all candidates within a 7 day period.
