Class 2 Driver – Days & Nights – Northampton Location: Northampton Pay (Inc of Holiday Pay): * Days (Mon–Fri): £16.48/hr * Nights (Mon–Fri): £19.32/hr * Saturday: £19.32/hr * Sunday & Bank Holidays: £21.03/hr Bonus: £500 Retention Bonus Hours: Minimum 9 hours per shift – 48 hours per week (minimum) Type: Ongoing Temp, with potential Temp-to-Perm opportunities We’re recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for store-to-store deliveries (5–6 drops per shift) with large cages and pallets. Night shifts are predominant, but day shifts are also available. This is physical work at night, and unloading is required (sometimes with a Driver’s Mate). Earning potential (holiday pay included): Day shifts: * £791/week (Mon-Fri, 48h min) * £915/week (Mon–Sat, 54h) * £1,105/week (Mon–Sun, 63h) Night shifts: * £927/week (Mon-Fri, 48h min) * £1,043/week (Mon–Sat, 54h) * £1,233/week (Mon–Sun, 63h) What you’ll do: * Multi-drop store deliveries (5–6 stores/shift) * Handle large cages and pallets * Unload stock (assistance provided at times) * Complete paperwork and vehicle checks * Maintain high safety and driving standards What you’ll need: * Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence (held 6+ months) * CPC & Digi Tacho * Previous store delivery experience (essential) * At least 60 days driving in the last 6 months * Max 9 points; no serious/disqualifying endorsements * No more than 2 at-fault accidents/claims in the last 3 years * Reliability and a positive attitude Benefits: * £500 Retention Bonus * Weekly pay * Ongoing work with potential temp-to-perm * Supportive transport team If you meet the above and want consistent work with excellent pay, we’d like to hear from you
