They are now looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Representative to become a key part of their growing sales team. Sitting at the forefront of the commercial sales process, you will play a vital role in uncovering new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and creating a strong pipeline for the senior sales team. This is far more than a typical call-centre role. It is an opportunity to develop real B2B sales expertise, have meaningful commercial conversations, and make a direct impact in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors.
In this role, you will identify and engage target organisations, confidently introduce the value of energy consultation and analysis, and progress qualified opportunities through to a Letter of Authorisation (LoA) before handing them over to senior colleagues. Whether you already have experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales, or you are looking to build a long-term career in professional B2B sales, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with genuine growth potential.
