Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Machinist (Workshop Lead) £37,500 - £45,000 + Highly Autonomous + Technical Training + Take Charge of the workshop and Autonomy Workshop Based, commutable from Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford, Haverhill, Halstead, Sudbury, Witham and surrounding areas Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Machinist, Welder or similar with a passion for Mechanical Engineering looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of the workshop and be empowered to run the small technical workshop how you see best all whilst having stability of a growing engineering company that offer training and great overtime all whilst retaining a great work life balance? This role will suit a technically minded individual, with a passion for mechanical engineering looking for the chance to take charge of a workshop and tasks whilst being part of a close knit specialist company. This role will suit a Mechanical Fitter or similar looking to be technically challenged, passionate about what they do and wants to work in a close knit team.
