The Role
Based in Gloucester and covering approximately a 50-mile radius, you will be delivering fuel and lubricants to both commercial and domestic customers, providing an excellent standard of service on every drop. Your working day starts at 6:00am Monday to Friday, with varied finish times throughout the year depending on customer demand. Saturday working is required on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering goods to customers on time and in full
- Providing a high level of customer service on every visit
- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Complying with all safe systems of work and procedures
- Driving safely and professionally at all times
- Remaining flexible to support the wider team as needed
About You
- Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- ADR qualification (highly desirable)
- Good understanding of tachographs and working time regulations
- Customer focused with great communication skills
- Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to work varied hours
- Smart in appearance with a positive, team-player attitude
