Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm
Hybrid Working: Office focussed role with flexibility to work elsewhere
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Assistant to join our team and provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to our Commercial Director.
This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the business area and supporting the Director in achieving strategic objectives.
Who we are looking for:
We're in search of candidates who can evidence proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
The successful candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
These minimum requirements ensure that applicants possess the necessary skills and experience to fulfil the role effectively.
While it is not essential, we would also be keen to hear form candidates who can evidence:
- An understanding of Health Care System/clinical practice
- Experience of insurance or another FCA-regulated environment
In addition to the minimum criteria, we are also keen to here from candidates who possess the following qualities:
Attention to detail: Highly organised, with experience in proofreading, formatting, and drafting meeting papers and other documents, as well as take minutes during meetings and circulate actions for follow-up.
Good Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels across our business and membership
Strong communicator: Both written and verbally and able to interact with members with compassion and patience.
Independent and collaborative: Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team while managing a varied workload.
