Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)

Salary: Circa£27,000 per annum

This opportunity:

This role focuses on guiding and supporting members and customers through their quote, application, onboarding and renewal journeys, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while fostering loyalty and retention.

With expert product knowledge and proactive service, you will identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and retention by providing personalised, solution-focused support to individual members and corporate customers.

What you can bring to this role:

Essential:

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, proactive customer centric attitude

  • The ability to actively listen and question around our members needs to effectively find solutions in a timely manner

  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to coordinate effectively with a strong and diverse team to reach the right outcome for the member or customer.
  • You will have experience of working with multiple systems and databases to maintain accurate and secure customer records
  • Consulting skill set with presence to lead engagement with new and existing customers

  • Experience working in a customer focussed or sales role

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in Financial Services
