The Role: We are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance marketing efforts and execute high impact strategies across all digital channels to drive acquisition.
What the Role is all about: As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and optimise the balance of ROI, Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost to boost profitability.
We are looking for candidates who can evidence:
- Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
- Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and digital advertising platforms.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Proficient in analysing LTV/CPA/CAC ratios and skilled in data visualisation tools like Looker.
Along with the desired technical skills, having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this role will be:
