MDCV UK is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee repairs and preventative maintenance on our vineyard machinery and vehicles, working safely, quickly and effectively to keep operations running. You will design and manage the workshop, schedule maintenance, supervise inventory, manage costs, and drive OEE above 95%. Strong communication, independence, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. This role is based at our English site in Kent; we offer a generous leave policy, a 10% performance bonus.
