MDCV UK have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative at our Rochester Warehouse. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious individual who works well within a team and also whilst working alone. Someone with the ability to be highly organised and meticulous, efficient, who strives to meet and maintain business performance targets.

The Role

  • Our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for picking and packing online orders for collection by our courier company.
  • You must be physically fit, and practice safe manual handling techniques.
  • You will be working with a small team to make sure orders are packed accurately and on time for our customers.
  • Forklift experience is desired but not necessary as training will be given.
  • Working with Business Central, CRM, Microsoft 365.

Main tasks

  • Picking and packing orders from our online platform.
  • Packaging the wine safely into our bespoke packaging to make sure they arrive safely to our customers.
  • Packing large orders onto pallets to ensure they are safe for transport.
  • Keeping the warehouse safe and tidy.
  • Weekly stock counts.
  • Organising goods in and goods out into the correct locations.
  • Organising stock for our different sites.
  • Stock inventory management – using correct processes for stock movement.

Essential: Driving License

Desirable: Worked previously with Business Central, CRM, Microsoft Office 365.
