MDCV UK Are looking for experianced front of house Waiters/ Waitresses with variable hours on offer; 40 hours, 30 hours and 20 hours contract's available. This is for an exciting new venue soon to be open in the beautiful Kent countryside. We are looking to recruit professional waiters / waitresses who have the ability to deliver exceptional service. The venue sits on the Silverhand Estate which encompasses miles on lush Vineyards and countryside.This is a great opportunity to be part of a new team and an exciting team growing together lead by an exceptional Restaurant management team. Key responsibilities * Welcoming guests warmly and setting the tone for a positive front of house experience * Presenting food and drinks with confidence, accuracy, and pride in the quality of each meal * Resolving guest queries or issues calmly, using empathy and judgement to protect the overall experience * Using strong order memory to support smooth, accurate, and attentive service * Maintaining composed urgency during busy periods without compromising service standards * Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests * Running food from kitchen to table with efficiency, care, and attention to detail * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism * Working closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service * Processing orders and payments with accuracy * Staying calm under pressure and deliver a luxury experience * Sharing your ideas, energy, and enthusiasm with the rest of the team Essential * Experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred * A passion for great food, drinks, and outstanding customer service * A can-do attitude, team spirit, and a desire to grow and learn * Confidence with guest interaction and ability to deliver a polished front-of-house experience * A flexible approach to hours and a willingness to work evenings/weekends * Emotional empathy, strong guest awareness, and the confidence to represent the business from the front * Commitment to excellence and pride in delivering consistently high dining standards * An eye for detail and pride in your presentation and delivery Please note that the duties and responsibilities outlined as above are not exhaustive and may be subject to change as required to meet the needs of the business
