Silverhand Estate is now recruiting for a passionate Brand Ambassador to help lead our estate tours throughout the upcoming 2026 season. This role offers an exciting opportunity to share the story of our award-winning vineyards, engage with visitors, and represent the heart of our brand. Full training is provided, ensuring you feel confident and knowledgeable in delivering an exceptional wine experience.
Hours: Weekends - 14 hours minimum a week with scope for additional hours during the peak periods.
Key responsibilities:- Based predominately at Silverhand Cellar Door.
- Conduct tours and tastings at the vineyard, providing an engaging and informative experience.
- Represent Silverhand Estate at various events, tastings, and promotions.
- Educate customers and clients about our wines, vineyard history, and production processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Be responsible for high conversion of wine sales at the cellar door.
- Work in a number of different customer-facing environments within the Silverhand Estate visitor experience.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Promote Silverhand Estate as a tourist destination, highlighting local attractions and experiences.
- Setup, operate and clear-down special events, such as wine festivals, harvest celebrations, and culinary experiences.
- Operate the opening and closing procedures of the shop to ensure security and brand quality.
- Manage stock levels through stock counting and sampling of wine to ensure the shop is presentable and tidy, keeping with our premium brand image.

Requirements:- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.
- Passion for wine and the wine industry.

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus alongside public speaking abilities.
- Organised, dependable and detail-oriented team player.
- Excellent personal presentation and a professional attitude.
- Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience.
- An interest in the wine industry.
- Experience in tourism or event planning is highly desirable.
