MDCV UK has a fantastic opportunity for someone from a reputable events and tourism background to step into the world of wine and join us on our exciting journey in bringing the wine and vineyard to life for our customers and clients alike. This is a part‑time position with a minimum of 4/7 days – 26 hours in total, weekends as part of those hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organise and host internal and external events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to build visitor engagement and strengthen community connections.
  • Arrange packing lists and collaborate with internal teams and external businesses for event requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for external events, including travel across Kent and the UK.
  • Install horseboxes, structures, and manage wine movement for serving at events.
  • Represent the brand at local fetes and larger events, selling wine, retail goods, and promoting future activities.
  • Prepare venues and hosting spaces to deliver high‑quality events aligned with company standards.
  • Monitor budgets and spending, ensuring effective resource allocation for events and visitor experiences.
  • Collaborate across departments, including marketing and tourism teams, to align on objectives and achieve shared business goals.
  • Contribute to MDCV UK’s success by maintaining high standards of event management and hospitality.
  • Embrace a hands‑on, agile approach to create innovative, memorable experiences for visitors.
