Our brands, MDhair, MDacne and Nuvane automatically analyze the skin or hair using our AI technology and then deliver a customized treatment kit to the customers' doorstep. MDalgorithms has achieved phenomenal growth, and we continuously seek exceptionally talented individuals who can support our innovation and creativity. We currently operate in a fully remote environment, so collaboration and flexibility are key to the success of our company.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer, a true generalist who can wear many hats. This is a hands-on, full-stack role. You will be comfortable building email flows, analyzing funnels, designing new experiments, launching campaigns, contributing to creative strategy, and creating or mocking up landing pages, whether using AI-powered tools or other platforms.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have real influence over priorities, budgets, and how we build the marketing function going forward.

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment
  • A proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue levels
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and CVR
  • Email marketing skills: you have built flows and sequences
