Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and integrate systems on customer site
- Execute system testing, validation, and acceptance activities
- Provide support, monitor system health, and handle incidents
- Troubleshoot issues across Linux, networking, and system layers
- Support upgrades, patches, and configuration management
- Act as technical interface with customer and remote engineering teams
- Maintain clear documentation, logs, and issue tracking
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong practical experience with Linux systems
- Ideally 4–8 years of post‑graduation working experience
- Experience in integration, deployment, or technical support roles
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, switching)
- Python and/or Bash scripting (required)
- Familiarity with C/C++ (reading/debugging level)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to operate independently in a customer‑facing environment
- Structured and methodical troubleshooting approach
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Clear communication skills in customer‑facing situations
- Telecom, networking, or embedded systems background – advantage
- Experience with monitoring or telemetry tools – advantage
- Previous on‑site / field engineering experience – advantage
- Legal ability to travel frequently to North America (about 50% travel)
