We are looking for a motivated Monitoring Surveyor to join our growing Bristol team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is looking to develop their skills and long term career growth within a vibrant and supportive team.

Essential
- MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of construction cost and project management principles

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience in monitoring surveyor roles or fund monitoring
