We are looking for a motivated Monitoring Surveyor to join our growing Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is looking to develop their skills and long term career growth within a vibrant and supportive team.

In this role, you will regularly report on progress from site visits, comment on management accounts and cashflow projections, anticipate final costs, maintain loan conditions and update sales data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver project monitoring services to generate income
  • Contribute to MDA turnover and profitability
Essential
  • MRICS qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of construction cost and project management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
Desirable
  • Experience in monitoring surveyor roles or fund monitoring.
  • Manchester based (or surrounding areas).
