Domiciliary Care Workers – Permanent Roles Locations: Staines, Byfleet and Egham Job Type: Permanent – full-time and part-time positions available Salary: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for these positions. About the Role We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Staines, Byfleet and Egham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives by helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent within their own homes. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking Supporting mobility and the safe use of mobility equipment Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with light household duties Supporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activities Accurately completing care records and daily notes Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeing Promoting each client's dignity, independence, choice and privacy Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures Requirements Previous care experience is desirable, although full training may be provided A caring, patient and respectful approach Good communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and the ability to work independently Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required due to the community-based nature of the role Hold a current DBS / Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and relevant employment checks Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK What We Offer Permanent employment Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible shift patterns Ongoing training and development Supportive management team Opportunities for career progression The opportunity to make a meaningful difference within your local community Important Information Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles.
