Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum The Role We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee a small adult care service supporting approximately 30 clients within the local community.
This is a hands-on management position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong operational leadership with direct involvement in the lives of the people they support.
The role will involve a balance of office-based management and visiting clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
