Registered Manager - Childrens Home
Our client is a children's residential setting with two beds specialising in emotional and behavioural difficulties. They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the home on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking to step up into a management role, or for an experienced Registered Manager ready to make an impact in a smaller, focused setting. The salary is £55,000 to £65,000, and the role offers the chance to shape practice and support a small, dedicated team in providing high-quality care.

Registered Manager Preferred Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Manager with Ofsted, or eligibility to register
- Proven experience managing residential children's services, ideally in a specialist setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance in children's residential care
- Ability to lead and support a small team with compassion and clear direction
- Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, or a commitment to developing this expertise
Registered Manager Preferred Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People's Workforce, or equivalent
- Registered Manager qualification (RMQ) or willingness to complete if not already held
- Relevant post-qualification experience in children's residential or foster care management
