We are currently recruiting for Assembly Automotive Operatives to join a busy and growing automotive manufacturing team based in Hook, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling automotive components to a high standard, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive parts and components accurately and efficiently
- Work from technical drawings, instructions, or assembly specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively within a production team to meet daily targets
- Report any faults, defects, or health & safety concerns to management
- Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times
- Support other departments when required
