We are seeking an experienced and confident MSK / Sports Therapist to join our therapy team, supporting local rugby teams throughout the summer season while also delivering high-quality clinical care within our private practice. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in fast-paced sporting environments and is looking to combine pitch-side experience with private clinic progression.
The successful candidate will work on a self-employed basis and will have the opportunity to join our shared therapist clinic model with flexible working hours to suit their availability.
- Provide pitch-side first aid and immediate injury management on weekend match days
- Deliver pre-match preparation and post-match recovery treatment
- Offer sports taping and appropriate warm-up/recovery stretches and exercises to players
- Communicate clearly with coaching staff regarding injury status and return-to-play timelines
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programmes
- Support player education around injury prevention and performance optimisation
Key Responsibilities – Clinic-Based Practice
- Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Collaborate with the wider therapy, fitness and wellbeing teams
