LOCATION: Gloucester
CONTRACT TYPE: Full-time
We are a leading affordable housing and public sector building services specialist. We work with local authorities and social landlords to build, maintain, and renew the homes, properties and public buildings in their care.
- From £38,000 to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Void Supervisor's Role:
Working out of the Gloucester office, we have an exciting opportunity for a Void Supervisor to support the Void Manager to deliver the refurbishment of empty homes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move off the tools and start the journey into management.
This is a fully office based role, with time required on site.
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Awaab's Law
- Good knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates
- Develop and maintain good levels of communication between the operations team and our customer teams
- Develop good working relationships with key clients
- Implement MD policies, standards and initiatives
- Ensure contracts are compliant with all legislation, Health & Safety matters, policy and good practice
- Assist with managing direct teams as well as those of our supply chain.
- Ensure all operational staff (including supply chain) understand the importance of customer service and always adhere to MD procedures
- Work alongside operatives in the delivery of works to ensure that quality and right first-time standards are achieved and maintained
- Carry out site works as required ensuring excellent quality of work, outstanding levels of customer service and completion of work in a timely manner
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- City & Guilds/NVQ required
- Experience in leading a team
- IT literacy
- Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs and voids
- Knowledge of Social Housing
- SSSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness and Inspection, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS
