We have partnered with a property centric organisation in order to accellerate their national growth plans. They have an immediate requirement to recruit an MRICS Buildling Surveyor (Director Designate) for the London region.
If you enjoy carrying out Level 2 / Level 3 reports with a focus on quality rather then quantity, this could be the role for you.
Our Client also operates in vertical markets such as Expert Witness, Building Disrepair, Damp and Mould - any experience in these sectors would be desirable although not essential.
You\'ll have plenty of work to carry out from day one. You will also have the scope to expand the business as you see fit, as long as it fits the wider businesses growth plan.
Full autonomy, you\'ll control your own diary movements and still have the full support of the wider management team and back office facility.
