We have partnered with one of the UK's leading residential valuation and surveying firms who are expanding their Desktop Valuation team. They are looking for experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors to join them in a fully remote role, offering excellent earning potential and strong career development. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified surveyors who enjoy desktop analysis and valuations but still want the flexibility of occasional site inspections.
The Role
You will form part of a regional team carrying out Desktop and Enhanced Desktop valuations across a wide range of residential property types to support secured lending and mortgage decisions. You will also carry out physical inspections for a minimum of two days per month, depending on business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified VRS Registered
- Minimum 1 year PQE undertaking residential mortgage valuations
- Strong understanding of building construction and property valuation
- Proven claims-free track record preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
