Support Worker Role at M&D Care, Gelynnen, Pencader
We are seeking Support Workers to join our Residential service, Gelynnen, in Pencader. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the lives of vulnerable adults and their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults, enhancing their daily lives.
- Deliver quality, person-centered care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Work on a rota basis, including early starts, late finishes, night shifts, and weekends.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, etc.
- Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Commit to high standards of care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
- Work independently when necessary, ensuring safety and health of those supported.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Applicants must be over 18 years old.
