This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing social care company. The function of this position is to professionally market all aspects of the company and support with the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events, as well as provide ongoing administration support to the Marketing team. A Marketing Assistant’s day will include proof-reading content, making changes to social media posts and website content; assisting in the researching and implementation of new marketing campaigns and contributing to employee engagement. This is a marketing role for someone who wants to gain experience working in a busy marketing department, whilst working within a rewarding sector.
*This is a part time role and salary is pro rata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Helping to produce interesting and engaging content for the company’s website and social media
- Assist with developing marketing content and materials to build our brand
- Writing blog posts, help articles, service updates and social media posts
- Building reports and analysis
- Assist HR with adverts/ interviews / inductions / admin as required
- Maintain relevant databases in a timely manner
- Scheduling and arranging meetings
- Representing M&D Care with a positive attitude and professional experience
- Other tasks appropriate to the role as required
- Desirable for this role would be proven experience of working in a marketing environment, including producing marketing materials and assisting with events.
