MD Building Services is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of documents and records
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
  • Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools for efficient schedule management
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial tasks
  • Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of organizing office events or meetings
  • Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures
