MD Aggregate Supplies Ltd is looking to recruit an External Sales Representative to cover the North East region. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual who can build and develop both new and existing customer and supplier relationships, with the aim of maximising sales performance across the area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Growing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Managing your own territory and sales pipeline effectively
  • Acting as a key representative of the business in the region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Plan and manage your own schedule effectively
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record within aggregate sales (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of the North East region
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
