We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remittance Growth & Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our business through customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Role Summary

The Remittance Growth & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving transaction growth, developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding M'Cube Global's presence and increasing transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Customer Acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase remittance transaction volumes and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
  • Support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.
  • Promote M'Cube Global's products and services to target markets.
  • Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with businesses, community organisations, and referral partners.
  • Develop and manage partnership programmes to drive growth.
  • Represent M'Cube Global at networking events and community engagements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Market Development
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs.
  • Recommend new markets, products, and growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Performance
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on customer acquisition, transaction volumes, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide insights to management.
  • Support the development and execution of growth initiatives in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in remittance, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet growth targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Knowledge of international remittance and payment services.
  • Existing network within diaspora communities, SMEs, or community organisations.
  • Experience in partnership development and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
