Are you passionate about developing people and driving skills forward? McTaggart Group is looking for a Training Manager who can lead the charge in upskilling our workforce and ensuring compliance across the business. Location for this role is Glasgow and Dalry (with travel to Fenwick Training Centre and sites as needed). This is your chance to make a real impact within a busy and ever-changing construction environment.
You’ll design and deliver training programs, champion digital learning, and work closely with teams and partners to keep our people at the top of their game.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver engaging training courses in-house and externally
- Manage training records and certifications
- Maximise CITB grants and funding opportunities
- Collaborate with subcontractors and partners to meet community benefit targets
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised training qualification
- Experience within the construction industry
- Experience in delivering and facilitating training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learner management systems
- Full UK driving licence
