MCT Brattberg is a globally recognised manufacturer of high‑performance cable and pipe transit sealing systems, protecting critical infrastructure across naval, marine, energy, industrial, and mission‑critical environments. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business development across the South of England. This role combines management of established customer relationships within naval and marine, alongside strategic growth into sectors such as industrial infrastructure.
With experience in areas such as hazardous area products, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing territory growth plans.
- Winning new business opportunities.
- Growing existing customer relationships.
- Building relationships with contractors, consultants, EPCs, OEMs and end users.
- Driving specification‑led opportunities.
Location: Home‑based, ideally within Berkshire, West Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire or surrounding areas (e.g., Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke, Swindon, Hook, Fleet).
Package: Competitive salary + bonus + company car / allowance + pension + full business tools.
