The primary purposes of the Central Merchandising Admin Assistant are to provide admin support for the online Custom Shirts offer, set up and maintain Catalogue Flat-plans and to assist in the management of Price Files.
As our Central Merchandising Admin Assistant your main focus will be ensuring completion of catalogue flat plans and accuracy of data held based on the running orders supplied by marketing and ensuring a timely handover to Catalogue Design. You will help to liaise between Buying, Core Merchandising, Marketing and Catalogue Design to ensure the best outcome for the books, whilst organising the catalogue checking and liaising with Buying and Merchandising teams. Maintaining and managing catalogue reports will be a key part of this role, alongside developing a robust understanding of how catalogues are produced and the associated critical path. You will work closely with the Merchandiser to manage and maintain pricing to ensure accuracy for all markets at all times. Liaising with Web, Retail, Marketing and Merchandising teams around pricing needs and changes and developing a robust understanding of pricing policies and cycles.
To be our next superstar you will have previous experience in a retail environment as well as strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills. Strong communication skills are also a must, as is the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
